About this site

wellnesshotel-willingen.de is an independent comparison and information site about wellness hotels in Willingen (Upland) in Germany's Sauerland region. We are not a hotel and not an official site of the town: the site is run by Digitonomie, owner Markus Czarny (see legal notice).

What this site does

We collect the facts that actually matter before booking a wellness hotel and put them side by side: spa size, number of saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, starting prices, day spa options and the dog policy. The data comes from the official hotel websites and major booking portals; the date of the last check (July 2026) is shown on every page. Still, prices and facilities change; the hotel's own information at the time of booking always prevails.

How the site is funded

The booking links are advertising (affiliate) links to Booking.com. If a booking is made through them, we receive a commission; your price stays the same. The order of our comparison is based on spa size, not on the amount of any commission. Hotels not listed on Booking.com are linked directly without remuneration.

Completeness

We list all Willingen hotels with a genuine spa area (pool and sauna or spa), regardless of whether we earn anything from them. If a hotel is missing or a detail is no longer correct, we appreciate a note to the email address in the legal notice.
