The SPA Carpe Diem features three saunas: a Finnish sauna at 95 °C, the milder Sauerländer Schwitzstube at 60 °C and a steam bath at 48 °C. You can swim indoors and out: the outdoor pool is heated all year round and open daily from 8 am to 9 pm, complemented by an indoor pool and a whirlpool. A special feature is the SeaClimate salt stone cabin (a cabin with salt stone walls whose air is reminiscent of a sea climate); there is also an infrared cabin. Massages, baths, cosmetic treatments and full-body wraps can be booked, and the day spa (day access without an overnight stay) is open to external visitors as well.
